Trackers
Trackers are various tools that can be used to track progress in your journey for developing one or more virtues.
Trackers are linked to specific virtues, or are in a custom category. You can access them from the tracker's page listed below.
Diary
Record diary entries and track actionable items
The Diary tracker tool allows you to keep a record of diary (free text) entries, as well as a list of actionable items that you may have identified through reflecting on prior incidents where you could have exercised this virtue. This tracker is associated with general plans for growing in virtue, absent any special method.
Calendar
Track virtue progress over time
The Calendar tracker tool uses a calendar to mark days where progress was achieved in a given virtue development plan. The app can be configured to offer reminders for certain days if you want to specifically develop virtue on those days and can be integrated with several outside calendar apps as well.
NutriTracker
Track nutrition (calories and macros) across meals
The NutriTracker tool integrates multiple programs to provide a seamless and easy way to track your nutrition with minimal effort on your part. With Google Gemini, the nutrition of your meals can be quickly estimated and compared to the 2025 Dietary Recommendations for Americans, highlighting any deficiencies your weekly meals may have, and can provide a suggestion to try for the next week.
Exercise
View exercise recommendations and log exercises
The Exercise tracker tool includes a list of recommendations for exercise; you can log exercises and the tool will estimate your progress based on the recommendations given. It can also supply recommendations for new exercises targeting under-utilized muscle groups.
Language
Track progress in attaining fluency in another language
The Language tracker tool follows a generalized language-learning approach for attaining fluency through studying grammar/vocabulary and reading material.
